According to a study conducted by Christina Gjestvang, the most common reasons given by those who drop out of going to the gym are lack of energy and lack of time.
Those who continued going did so because they enjoy exercising, enjoy challenging themselves and experiencing a strong sense of achievement, too. many of them also considered health, fitness and better mobility to be a factor.

It is partly about them, about self-discipline and believing that they can keep going, believing that you can manage to exercise two or three times each week over time, even if there are periods with less free time and energy for exercise.
