According to the World Health Organization (WHO), people who have been completely vaccinated should remain cautious and avoid crowds. They can still spread the virus although they pose a lower risk, but community transmission continues with vaccinated populations, which endangers more vulnerable populations.
The vaccine only saves lives and reduces the risk of serious illness and death, but does not stop community transmission,
