Early users of the health care metaverse will likely be those already using it for other things, like gaming, coding, and remote workers.
For example, a gamer will finish a VR game of hitman then receive a targeted prompt for an eye exam, a prescription refill, or a telemedicine session.
However, there is a risk of patients being targeted by fraudsters, predatory schemes, and bad care. It's important for the metaspace to have a strong regulatory presence to mitigate this danger.
