I've long argued that banning Trump from social media was the best thing that happened to him in terms of re-election.

One common phrase people said about Trump was that, they liked his policies and what he did for the economy, they just wished he got off Twitter.


The common attitude towards Trump was liking his actions but hating his personality. It's fair to say most of the negative press he received derived from what he did on social media. With that gone and with Joe Biden's unpopularity, the electorate now has the chance to have the version of Trump they wished for.
