4-Day Work Week Approved In Belgium

In an effort to raise the employment rate and make businesses stronger, Belgium has approved new labor laws — which includes a four-day work week.


Workers will also be able to turn off work devices after hours without the fear of reprisal. In addition to the three day weekend, workers will also be able to ask for variable work schedules



This would benefit those who wish to spend more time with their children and help separated parents who share custody of their children.
